The clinical salon is located at 2101 Forest Ave Suite 100, Chico, CA 95928. Please note that all consultations and procedures are private and by appointment only; this is to prevent drop-bys or walk-ins from interrupting a procedure in progress. It is across the street from the lot between Walmart and Wittmeir.  There is a large sign in front of my building that says "Fountain Square". Everlasting Beauty is in the same building as Covenent Mortgage and Edward Jones Financial Consulting.
